    She is skilled at knitting together macro, micro and personal themes to create brilliant positioning.

    After working in marketing for over 20 years, Lucy has built up a hard earned expertise working alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.

    Trusted by many of the industry’s finest, she has built a strong business boasting a brilliant team of professionals with solid values at its core.

    Fortunately, she also knows when to step out of the way and let the team get on with their jobs.

    Always moving and shaking, Lucy isn’t one to do nothing. When she’s not growing the business, she stays active by swimming, seeing friends and spending time with her daughter.


  • A marketing professional with a keen eye for head-turning stories, Katie is the centre of all things public relations at Luma.

    With two decades of experience sharpening her skills in the PR arena, she helps Luma clients tell their stories to the world with poise and pizazz.

    With a particular passion for PR centred on property and the built environment, she gets a kick out of helping clients get seen by the people that matter.


  • Rebecca sharpened her marketing skills working in-house at prominent residential developers. With this strong background in the built environment, she’s known for her ability to juggle complex projects while keeping strategy front and centre.

    Her focuses is helping clients communicate clearly and confidently—whether that’s refining messaging, boosting engagement, or using insight to shape smarter campaigns. She’s passionate about digging into the data to uncover what’s working, what’s resonating, and where the next opportunity lies.

    Outside of work, Rebecca’s world is full of family with two young children and countryside escapes for the occasional moment of calm.


  • Rachel is the longest-standing member of the Luma team, save for our founder, of course! She has a knack for keeping track of the detailed aspects of our project work and campaigns – anything that involves lots of tiny moving parts.

    She manages the accounts for some of our biggest clients, overseeing the delivery of work to make sure we’re doing a brilliant job and keeping our clients happy.

    Rach enjoys spending her weekends driving her children from Lacrosse matches to tennis tournaments and everywhere in between. When she’s not cheerleading for her kids, she’ll sometimes dust off the rackets and play a bit of tennis herself.


  • Luke is a wordsmith who gets a kick out of flexing his creative muscles. He’s resourceful, informed and interested in just about everything.

    Endlessly curious, Luke takes his obsessive approach to learning about new things and puts it to work for Luma clients, enriching their brand and comms with his ability to turn any topic into an engaging piece that’s been crafted with the audience in mind.

    When he’s not tapping away at the keyboard, he trains in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, plays guitar and lives at the beck and call of his cat, Mog.


  • Jen worked as a chartered town planner for over 10 years before retraining in copywriting. With razor-sharp industry knowledge and a verve for crisp copy, she’s one of our secret weapons.

    She helps our property and construction clients bring their words to life through the right mix of understanding the issues at hand, and the power of a perfectly crafted phrase.

    Outside of work she finds time to tinkle the ivories in her church band (and sometimes guitar and bass). Mostly, you’ll find her spending some quality time with her husband and two children.


  • Megan’s creative roots run deep—raised by designers and driven by a love for turning ideas into something tangible, she’s all about clarity, impact, and thoughtful execution.

    She started in interior design but quickly found her passion in graphic design, where hierarchy, legibility, and colour theory guide her work. Megan thrives on seeing projects come to life and loves when clients connect with the final result.

    Outside of work, she’s a travel enthusiast, interior styling fan, and proud cat mum to Sid. Whether she’s exploring new places or renovating her home, creativity is always close by.
