REVITALISING A BRAND AND CAPTURING A VOICE

P4 Planning is an independent planning consultancy specialising in providing commercial, expert planning advice to developers, house builders and estate managers on all aspects of the planning system.

We were initially instructed by P4 Planning to help refine its tone of voice and visual brand as part of their 2020 rebranding exercise.

Then we supported the team by creating regular high quality thought leadership content and PR to cement P4’s position as industry experts.

WHAT WE DID

We led P4’s rebranding exercise, refining their vision, mission and values, and making sure that it was properly woven through their tone of voice, strategy and company culture. And we worked with their in-house graphic designer to bring their positioning to life through a striking visual identity.

Following the launch of the brand refresh in 2021 we supported P4 by delivering regular content.

Our copywriters crafted engaging thought leadership blog pieces that helped P4 to talk directly to its audience and bolster its presence in the sector.

We provided PR support, ensuring that their news appears promptly and in the right places, seeking out opportunities for the team to speak at and support industry events. And we helped them deliver successful round table and networking events with focused groups of experts across the built environment sector, to strengthen professional relationships.

We also wrote awards entries, getting them shortlisted and recognised for their outstanding work, such as their 2022 RTPI NW award win for Small Planning Consultancy of the Year.
